The Oil Refinery in Pembrokeshire is a horrible blot on on an otherwise unspoilt landscape.  At night it redeems itself a little with some bright warm colours against the night sky.

The Chevron refinery in Pembrokeshire employs around 1,400 people and processes 220,000 barrels of crude oil a day. The refinery was opened in 1964 but its future is now uncertain with Chevron’ s planned sale of the site.
